 Purchasing: ACR Products, Inc. has a minimum order of $30.00. Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

Equipment Rentals: Rentals are billed at a daily rate ONLY! Renters will be billed a minimum of 1 full day. Proof of insurance must be provided in order to rent equipment from ACR Products, Inc.

Shipping Charges: ACR Products, Inc. ships via UPS and charges in accordance with their shipping rates. Any item that requires drop shipping will be charged according to the manufacturers shipping rates.

Freight and Hazardous Material Charges: All chemicals and hazardous materials purchased will be shipped via freight and an additional Hazardous Material fee of $25.00 will be charged in accordance to HazMat freight charges.

Returns: ACR Products, Inc. Charges a 25% Restocking fee on non-used items. Used items are not returnable. Returns are not permitted after 30 days. All items returned are for store credit ONLY! Armstrong Clark sealers and chemicals can be returned UNOPENED within 5 days, after that store credit ONLY!

Return Policy Does Not Include Pressure Washers, Pre-Treatment systems, Trailer units, surface cleaners, and baking soda blasters, Ready Seal, ACR Products chemicals, and any wood or concrete sealers.
